The Hatano-Nelson model is one of the most prototypical non-Hermitian models that exhibit intrinsic topological phases and concomitant skin effect. These unique phenomena originate from Galilean transformation. Here, we extend such an idea to a broader range systems based on imaginary boost deformation identify corresponding energy-twisted boundary conditions. This complexifies spectral parameters integrable can be implemented by coordinate Bethe ansatz. We investigate the eigenvalues statistics of ensembles of normal randommatrices when their order N tends to infinite. In the model the eigenvalues have uniform density within a region determined by a simple analytic polynomial curve. We study the conformal deformations of normal random ensembles to Hermitian random ensembles and give sufficient conditions for the latter to be a Wigner ensemble.
